Very South American. Reminds me very much of the cities in Africa
South America has so many facets. I like to think of this area as being "western side of the Andes coastal area in Ecuador". There are many cities in South America which could be mistaken for European cities. (Later)
We are heading to Ecuador in April of 2014, though we won't be here. Can't wait to explore!
