I was interested in your series on a Civil War reenactment. When I worked for a member of Congress in the 1970's and early 80's, we had several Civil War battlefields in our district. In one of the reenactments, one of the soldiers forgot to remove the metal rod in his musket before firing. The metal rod fortunately zinged fight over the crowd of spectators.
Sorry to answer your question here, but as far as those guys in the township cooking on the corners. They are informal traders, so they don't have permits.
