A Little Bit of Dublin --Doors

What can you do when you end up in Dublin on a rainy day, which happens to be Good Friday, and everything is closed? You hop on one of the "Up-Down" buses and go around the city 3 times. Dublin is known for it's wide variety of interesting doors.

The doors are interesting and beautiful. You wouldn't think a door could be beautiful but these pictures proove that they can. Mine sure isn't. Hmmm, wonder if I could come up with something to at least make it interesting??? I would love to travel the world but guess I will have to be satisfied what I have seen and visited. Mostly the United States. I was curious where in Northern California you are from?? I am a native of Calif. I was born in Southern Calif. and moved up here in 1978. We live in Red Bluff.

I grew up just north of the home of the Jumping Frog Jubilee and just south of Calaveras Big Trees. Spent 5 years in San Jose (San Jose State University), and also lived in San Diego for about 15 years. I feel like an Easterner now, after having living in the northeast for 30 years.
