Lima, Peru. Mixing Old With New.

Why is it that I always feel like lingering when I post photos on this blog?
My old favorites of Chile and Argentina are yet to come,
yet I became endeared to Ecuador and Peru as well.
It always feels like saying "Goodbye" again as I move on.

    I can't really decide what to make of the place. Looks a lot more modern than what I expected, but people say that about South Africa as well.

    Firefly, I had been told by many who had visited Lima that it was ugly, old, and run-down. I was very pleased to see a very agreeable city. In the rural areas, one can always find the less modern.
